Clough tops poll

Like Reds, Clough's side are struggling near the foot of the Conference table, but did pick up a 1-0 win at the weekend.

Hollywood 'star' Danny De Vito came next, along with Alan Mullery, now at the club as a part-time consultant.

The pint-sized actor, who memorably played The Penguin in Batman Returns, beat off some strong competition, with perhaps the most notable fact being the fans backing for him or Gordon the Gopher to be appointed, rather than under-fire Aldershot Town boss Terry Brown.

However, it remains to be seen whether the club's owners can prize either Clough or the star of Get Shorty and Look Who's Talking Now, to make the switch to sunny Crawley in the forseeable future.
