Gregory first played for Reds in Feb 1996, and made 92 appearances for the club in a three-year spell.

In 1999 the wing-back moved on to Farnborough Town where he spent four successful years, and was involved in the Surrey club's epic cup run which eventually ended with a money-spinning clash at Premiership champions Arsenal.

Gregory left Farnborough, following manager Graham Westley to Stevenage, but rejoins Crawley after being released.
