Crawley boss Steve Evans says he will make changes after his side only managed to draw with York in midweek.
Goalkeeper Michael Kuipers (groin) and captain Pablo Mills (ankle) could both return to the side.
Crawley manager Steve Evans told BBC Sussex: "Tamworth is always a difficult game. I've much respect for them, but we'll take some fantastic support up there.
"We know if we get three points we're the champions. But it's going to be a difficult place to go.
"If we don't win it, we'll try again on Tuesday. Until I see that little 'C' next to you name which means you're the champions it's hard to say we've made it."
